Testimonials
There are people who have no choice but to write, good or bad, worth reading or not, they find themselves compelled to put pen to paper or fingers to keys. I am one of those people. But, it takes people like Michael Ray King to encourage, support, educate and assist sometimes, to make a dream turn into a book. I have published two books and was included in a third published by a London Publisher. I found myself in a long stretch of non-productive activity with my writing until I met Michael at a local Flagler County Writer’s Forum group. It happened to be on Monday and on Thursday Michael was starting his 5 week course, “How to Write Your Book in Thirty Days.” That was in November, it’s down January and I am working with an editor with a deadline for publishing my third book on Kindle in February. Michael’s class was just the motivation I needed and was worth every penny. I highly recommend it for those who are dreaming of their book and want to hold it in their hand.

“If you have a story to tell, Write a Book in 30 Days is the best fit for getting your writing on a fast track. The class offers an outstanding mix of motivation and techniques from a very knowledgeable and professional instructor, incredible guest speakers, and sharing from the collective support of peers. I was able to come away with an array of resources, tools for writing and marketing my work, and a connection to a tremendous community of like-minded writers. Write a Book in 30 Days will motivate you to unleash your ideas, overcome self-imposed hurdles, and move you quickly along to your creative finish line”. ~ Gloria Moore
After a year of being stuck on the first three words of chapter six, I decided to walk away from my book for a while and rethink my storyline. Apparently, it took me over two years to think about it. I then relocated to Flagler Beach from Atlanta and received a continuing education catalog in the mail. Thumbing through its pages I found a class entitled, How to Write a Book in 30 Days, instructed by author Michael Ray King. I decided to take the class with a ‘why not attitude.’ After the first class I came home excited and eager to pull my book and notes out and revisit the possibility of finishing the book. With each successive class I learned more about the writing process, writing strategies, and how to overcome writer’s block. Michael inspired, challenged and pushed me to complete my book. Thus, I moved out of my comfort zone and crawled out of the writer’s block dungeon. I organized years of notes, and I also now have a detailed, defined path to follow to ensure the completion of my book and series. I am very pleased that I enrolled in Michael’s class, and I highly recommend his tutelage to anyone who aspires to write a book. ~ Gabriel McMichael

I found your How To Write A Book in Thirty Days course well worth the effort. Following your instructions, I will actually have a new novel written in 30 days, and this book was little more than an idea when we started this course. Using index cards to plan the book is a great technique. Thank you ~ Jim Farrell author of Brooklyn Boy, Kiss Me Kate, The Extraordinary Banana Tree.
